D2iQ, formerly known as Mesosphere, provides an operating platform that aggregates datacenter resources and automates IT operations. The D2iQ platform aims to make running and managing distributed systems easier by pooling together all resources as if they were a single computer. In August 2019, the company changed its name to D2IQ to represent a shift in focus from the open-source Mesos project to Kubernetes and new products that enable mature organizations to adopt cloud-native technologies.
